CHAPTER 233 - NOTICES TO STOCKHOLDERS AND CREDITORS IN RECEIVERSHIP CASES
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 117 OF THE REVISED CODE OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE A. D. 1915, RELATING TO THE GIVING OF NOTICES TO STOCKHOLDERS AND CREDITORS IN RECEIVERSHIP CAUSES.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly Met:
Section 1. That Chapter 117 of the Revised Code of the State of Delaware, A. D. 1915, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto a new Section to be known as 3884 a, Sec. 41a:
3884a, Sec. 41 a. All notices required to be given to stockholders and creditors in any receivership cause shall be given by the Register in Chancery unless otherwise ordered by the Chancellor.
